Scottish government offers junior doctors 14.5% pay rise and new pay taskforce

Scotland’s government has offered junior doctors a 14.5% pay rise, which includes a 6.5% increase for this year and a 3% increase on their previous 4.5% offer (totalling 7.5%), backdated to 2022-23.
